Refund Policy

All sales are final. We cannot offer refunds, as once GPU costs are incurred, they cannot be recovered. The same applies to payments to our coaches.

We offer a Zeroface Monetization Service Guarantee for our Masterplan members. If you don't have at least one monetized shorts channel within two months, we will work with you personally, free of charge, until you do.

Conditions:

• You must have actively participated in all weekly and one-on-one calls
• You must have applied all advice received
• You must have uploaded daily
• You must have made a reasonable, demonstrable effort to improve content over time
